I have just received my first new car that is mine only. I ordered a Corolla Hatchback in March 2024 and it finally arrived. My salesperson was Matthew Mitchell and he is very professional, personable and very intuitive. He made suggestions on add ons that he thought would look good on the car to make it more sporty looking. He was right on and I fully trusted him and his opinions. It took over 7 months for the car to arrive and throughout that time period I regularly heard from Matt and his positivity really made the wait time go quickly. The service he provided was top of the line and I felt so appreciated as a customer. All the employees that I interacted with from Jackson’s Toyota were terrific.
